Most of our drizzle as of 9am is along and west of I-65. I believe the showers will continue to move toward the west as the day progresses. Look for decreasing clouds, high close to 90-degrees. Tomorrow and Thursday highs should make it into the low to mid 90s under mostly clear to partly cloudy [...]

This afternoon we’ve dealt with a cloudy sky and a steady light rain in many spots. The wet weather will gradually taper off overnight as an easterly flow takes over across Alabama. We will have some lingering showers and clouds during the evening, with lows in the upper 60s tonight. A broad surface high to [...]

The additional cloud cover and rain should limit highs Sunday to only the upper 80s. The longer range forecast for the work week looks dry.

Tropical moisture will stream in from the south this weekend and this will mean a little better chance of rain and thunderstorms. It looks like high pressure to our northeast will not build in as strong until early next week. If you are planning anything outdoors this weekend, Saturday is going to be your best day. Sunday [...]

Partly cloudy skies should take us through the weekend with more of those comfy highs and lows. South into southeastern parts of the state could see some showers today through the weekend. Other than that, the weather should be very nice with continued low humidity levels through north Alabama. Enjoy your weekend. Hope to talk [...]
